WARRANTY
Yes, some products may include a manufacturer warranty, depending on the brand, product type, product condition, and manufacturer terms.
Where a manufacturer warranty applies, customers may be able to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty service or support. We recommend checking the product page, product packaging, manufacturer website, or warranty documentation included with the item for full details.
For products sold by PC Customizer, we will still assist customers with warranty enquiries where possible. If you are unsure whether your product has manufacturer warranty, please contact us with your order number and product details.

If a covered product cannot be repaired within the warranty period, we may offer a suitable resolution depending on the issue and product availability.
This may include:
Repair by an alternative method
Replacement with the same or equivalent product
Partial or full refund where appropriate
Store credit, if agreed with the customer
The final resolution will depend on the product, the fault, warranty terms, inspection result, and your statutory rights.
Warranty is not provided where the fault or damage is caused by:
Accidental damage
Liquid damage
Physical damage, drops, dents, cracks, or impact
Misuse, neglect, or improper handling
Unauthorised repair or modification
Software issues, viruses, malware, or corrupted operating systems
Customer-installed parts or incompatible accessories
Damage caused by incorrect installation or setup

Missing serial numbers, tampered labels, or removed warranty seals
Warranty does not cover data loss, files, software, passwords, licences, or personal settings. Customers should back up their data before sending any device for inspection or repair.
Once we receive the returned product, we aim to inspect it as quickly as possible. Inspection times may vary depending on the fault, product type, parts availability, and testing required.
We will update you once the inspection is complete and confirm the next steps.
Products that are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty and show defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period are eligible for repair. The warranty typically does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear. Please refer to the warranty terms included with your product for specific details.
